Toyota TS050 Le Mans prototype hybrid (LMP1) race car from 2017. This is the #7 car.

Piloted by Kamui Kobayashi, this car holds the record for fastest lap at Le Mans, clocking in at 3:14:791. Together with Stephane Sarrazin and Mike Conway (the current in-race lap record holder), this was one of the favourites to win the big race. Unfortunately the clutch was burned and the car was unable to return to the pits after the 'fake marshal' incident as explained in the video and depicted in the video image.
